DANCE CLASSES 

Beginner African Dance: Mondays 6.30-7.30pm $18

With Mitzi McRae

This class is for absolute beginners and provides an introduction to the relationship between the djembe signals and dance. Movements will be broken down into simple components. Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes.

Intermediate African Dance: Mondays 7.30-8.30pm $18

With Mitzi McRae

Accompanied by live drumming ensemble, this class is action-packed and will leave you buzzing. Wear comfortable clothing, no shoes.
