Mitzi and Simon will be heading to the peninsula at the end of April to run beginners workshops in African drumming (djembe) and dance. We previously ran a dundun dance workshop with the wild women of the peninsula, which was a hugely successful, laughter-filled occasion! looking forward to more of the same this time…

  • I’ve just returned from Confest 2015 where I had the opportunity to “play” djembe and dun dun for the first time. I’m thinking about getting a djembe but believe experiencing some workshop tuition beforehand would be a good idea. So I’m interested in attending your planned workshop on the Mornington Peninsula on 26 April.

Maybe you could let me know the location once you have the numbers committed.

    • Hi Peter! No worries at all – last time it was at Bittern Hall and will most likely be there again. I’ll keep you posted (will figure it out over the next few days). We also sell djembes and duns.
      Cheers, Mitzi.

    • Hey Peter. We have a location – Bittern community hall -2426 Frankston-Flinders Road,
