This is an introduction to Mitzi’s Thursday daytime dance class which occurs weekly during school terms. It is open to all body types, of any age and stage. The style is a combination of West and central African, but it’s all about having fun in a judgement-free atmosphere. Lunch afterwards at a local cafe if you are free!
Regular classes will commence the following Thursday.
