Last term finished up with a heart-warming combined drum and dance event which had everyone grooving on the dance floor.
We had a multitude of student performances plus some workshops with our favourite African dancers and a very special performance from Melbourne’s Ghanaian artists. We ate red-red (African beans and fried plantain), bought new earrings and shared our love for African culture.
Wontanara translates to ‘we are together’.
